1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personalinformation when you use our Services, create an account with us or submitpersonal information when requested with the Site. · D.Information You Provide through our Live Chat on theSite. You may provide personalinformation through our Live Chat which is available on the Site 24 hours aday. We strongly recommend that you do not post any information through theLive Chat that you are not comfortable sharing with a chat employee.
· E.Information You Provide to Participate inSweepstakes. From time to time,we may ask you to complete a survey and/or offer you an opportunity toparticipate in promotions, programs (such as the bkcycling VIP program) and/or sweepstakes (collectively,“Promotions”) via the Site or through a third-party platform. If you choose toparticipate in a Promotion, we will collect and store the personal informationyou provide in connection with your participation in the Promotion, including,but not limited to, your name, email address, date of birth, and/or phonenumber. 7. Retention
We will retain yourpersonal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set outin this Privacy Policy. · Right AgainstDiscrimination. You have the rightnot to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described inthis section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right toknow, delete or opt-out of sales.
